As I sit here and eat tortilla chips directly out of the bag, I have to wonder if I need a little more self control in my diet. I've been trying to go 100% Paleo for a while, but have found it daunting and hard to stick to in the long run. Although I have been unsuccessful lately, I would really like to give it another try. Here's my new idea: I'll log everyday and show pictures of all the awesome (or not so awesome) food I'm eating. This along with how I feel should be enough to keep me on track. Maybe one day I'll even get back to exercising and I'll track that as well! Today is DAY 0; tomorrow, the adventure begins!
Tonight is hamburgers and fries from my favorite BugerFi burger place!
